We want you to love your H ART Beauty purchases! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

What Can Be Returned:

  • Unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
  • Gently swatched or lightly used makeup (exceptions may apply, see below).

 

What Can't Be Returned:

  • Change of mind.
  • Used items.
  • Damaged or unsanitary items.
  • Items without a receipt (exceptions may apply, see below).
  • Sale items.
  • Items reported after 14 days from delivery.
  • Items intentionally damaged.
  • Products causing allergic reactions or adverse skin reactions.

 

How to Make a Return:

  1. Start Your Return Online: Visit our Returns Center and enter your email and order number. Select the items and reason for return. Important: Upload clear photos of the items to expedite processing.
  2. Review for Approval: Our team will review your request and photos within 2-5 business days. You'll receive an email with a decision and a prepaid return label (if approved).
  3. Pack and Ship Your Return: Print the provided label, secure it to your package (with original tags attached), and drop it off at any USPS location.
  4. Get Your Refund: We'll process your return within 4-6 business days of receiving it. You'll get a confirmation email, but original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Securely pack unused items in their original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your receipt.

Additional Information:

  • Hygiene reasons may prevent returns of gently used makeup. Contact customer service at hello@hartbeauty.com for clarification on specific items.
  • Without a receipt, we may offer store credit for the current selling price.
  • By shopping with H ART Beauty, you agree to our return policy.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse service for policy abusers.
