Shipping
Orders placed before 10 AM EST typically ship the same day, while those placed after 10 AM EST will ship the following business day.
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, and shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days. We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Please note that shipping times can vary based on your location and the time of year.
We offer free shipping on orders over $40 within the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). For orders under $60, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.
All H ART Beauty orders ship from our US warehouse.

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Visit our Returns Center and enter your email and order number. Select the items and reason for return.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
