1. How to Join

  • Membership is free to join and open to everyone.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.


2. Membership Tiers

  • Friends — Total purchase amount up to $199.99
  • Muse — Total purchase amount $200.00–$449.99
  • Ambassador — Total purchase amount $450.00 and above
  • Membership tiers are reviewed and updated annually on January 1st, based on your total purchases from the previous calendar year (January 1st – December 31st).


3. How to Earn Points

  • Friends — 2 points per $1 spent
  • Muse — 3 points per $1 spent
  • Ambassador — 4 points per $1 spent
  • 100 points = $1 in rewards value.

Points are earned on your final purchase amount, including tax.

  • Points are rounded to the nearest whole number.

Points cannot be earned, combined, or redeemed with the H ART Online Store.

4. What Doesn't Qualify

  • Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your account.


5. How to Redeem

  • 100 points = $1 in rewards value.  
  • Minimum redemption: 300 points per transaction.

Points can be applied as cash toward your final purchase amount and are not affected by promotional discounts.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
Points never expire — shop at your own pace, redeem whenever you're ready.

6. Promotions & Restrictions

  • First Purchase Discount cannot be combined with any other offers.


7. Account & Program Rules

  • Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another member.
  • H ART reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with reasonable notice.
  • Abuse of the program may result in account suspension.
